a/s path problem in browser not in preview

I have 2 movie items on the stage - one is a button with the following code:

on (release) {
      loadMovie("home.swf", _root.frame)
}

frame is a symbol within which the swf is loaded.

This works great in the Flash preview but doesnt work when I use preview in browser. Its like the path isnt correct or gets changed when I load the movie up in the browser.

Any help greatly appreciated.
