Is it possible to stream a live webcam video to a mobile device using Flash Media Server 2 and Flash Lite 2/3?

Yes RTMP does work today in the FL3 developer edition.

Neither of these solutions were ideal. RooMobile does not allow me to stream my own content and Flash Lite 3 is currently available on Symbian OS only. Specifically, the phone I will be using is the LG KS20, which runs Windows Mobile 6. From what I hear, Windows Mobile does not support RTSP streaming, which is what Flash uses. So basically, I need to get a custom developed UI built around a live video stream that is supported by Windows Mobile 6. Any ideas?

never used FlashLite but HTC does work.

For windows mobile 6 platform, adobe has released Flash Player 7 which does support Actionscript 2.0 and rtmp:// ("Real Time Message Protocol")
in simple words flash player 7 support Flash media server

Flash Player 7 DOES support Flash Media Server, but it uses RTSP ("Real Time Streaming Protocol") to stream video, which the LG KS20 with Windows Mobile 6 does NOT support.

We are no longer using a Windows Mobile phone; we got our client to switch to a Nokia N95 so we get Flash Lite 3. You did answer the question I asked but sadly I wasn't able to get video on the Windows Mobile. Thanks for your efforts.
