How to pause an FLV like youtube

I've got a flash video which automatically plays when the page loads. The client has now asked if when the page loads the FLV could be paused and be like Youtube where you it overlays an images and you have to click the video to play it.

How can this be done, does it involve editing the FLV or is there a skin I can overlay in Dreamweaver?Start Free Trial
