Asked by lovestar in Adobe Flash, ActionScript
I'm new to Flash, and am building a website in AS3. I have a portfolio section in my Flash site containing four buttons: Identity, Print, Illustration, and Web.
When any of these four buttons are pressed, I want the corresponding SWF (eg. Print.swf) to load into a movie clip on stage.
I can achieve this using the loadmovie function, but everytime go back to a swf that has already been loaded - it reloads. Can anybody give me an example of some code I can use to stop this happening?
Basically once an swf has been loaded - I want it to stay that way. Any help you can give me on this would be much appreciated.
