You can use FlowPlayer.
x.html
http://flowplayer.org/inde
In the license FAQ it reads
"Where can I use the Free version?
The FlowPlayer Free version is released under GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3 (GPL). GPL allows you to integrate Flowplayer into any website provided that you don't remove the Flowplayer logo images or texts from the software.
If you do remove the logos, you are required to place a Flowplayer link into the site that uses Flowplayer. This link must point to http://flowplayer.org. This is because the GPL requires you to provide the users of your site an easy access to the Flowplayer source code. The logos act as such links, and if you remove them, you must provide an alternative link.
Free version can be used on commercial sites and in any other sites as long as above terms are met. "
How it helps,
Pancho
