Seamless slideshow animation cs4 as3

Hey there experts,

I am quite new to flash so bare with me! I am creating a website and want to have an image slideshow in the background. I have a created a simple fade in and out effect transition via the timeline (e.g. Image fades out and next image fades in at the same time..etc), but I was wondering if it can animate seamlessly with like 6 images? Because atm once it reaches the last image its fades to white and then cuts to the start of the slideshow, which isn't very smooth and seamless. Can anyone help me out, or can this be done more efficiently through as3?
