Delete your Temporary Internet Files including all offline content .
1) I have reset everything to default in IE settings
2) I have scanned for spyware and detected quite a few so I've already cleaned it up.
3) Javascript has already been enabled.
Still, I cannot install. Every possible method I have tried but yet something is still blocking to install. What can be the problem and how do I install it? Help.
Have just been through this exact same process myself. A lot of people with similar issues and no real answers. Here is what worked for me:
Use the Adobe uninstaller
Delete all references from program files\system32\macromed - There will be a flash directory with a few files in it....
Run a Registry Cleaner (Crazy I know but desperate times call for desperate measures... make sure you have a system restore\ your Registry is backed up) - I used CC Cleaner
BTW - If the computer is running anything else requiring flash, ensure these are shut down prior to uninstallation ie Yahoo 7, message apps etc.
Go through the install process again - for me it worked (though there was another permissions issue where it failed to run correctly. This was fixed by other experts and is another story though)
Good luck - hope it works for you - I have burnt many hours on this.
I struggled with this issue for awhile myself, but ultimately found this workaround...
1) Follow all steps specified regarding uninstalling using Adobe uninstaller and checking security permissions in IE
2) Open regedit and browse to the following key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\
3) Right-click and choose permissions. Make sure your login account or a group you belong to has access (full control) to this key.
4) Re-run the standalone installer from Adobe

Hello
Thought it might be useful to add the solution that worked for me:
It does seem that the problems are related to being able to register the .ocx file. The simplest way round this was to reboot XP into safe mode, log in as Administrator and then run the downloaded install executable from Adobe. This then allows the ocx to register.
Reboot, log back in and everything is running fine.
Hope this helps at least one other person - I searched and tried all sorts of solutions for hours before trying this option that only took 5 minutes to do (have now done this on 2 seperate pc successfully.
cheers

Follow this instruction to uninstall the Flash Player completely and then go to Adobe site to install a new Flash Player... See if that solves your problem...
