The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

EDIT : IT SEEMS I WONT TAKE ANY RESPOND ABOUT MY QUESTION. SO IF YOU CAN CHECK WWW.GAMESPOT.COM HEADLINE NEWS FLASH AND GIVE ME ANY SCRIPT-TUTORIAL LINK LIKE THAT I'LL BE APPRECIATE

I'm trying to make xml flash headline like www.gamespot.com news area. in fact its completely like a image gallery. there are 5 different thumbnails to reach every different big images, and all of them have title and description in it.

so I found this tutorial and its so far so good for my needs :
http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml_flash_photogallery.htm

now I have a gallery with previous and next buttons. but actually I need thumbnails of every images instead of next previous buttons. and also I need "preload" for images. When I say preload I mean that all of images have to be loaded when flash loaded. afterwards, when user click to thumbnail, it doesnt need to load next image. also I need a transition effect like blur effect on gamespot.com. preload might be helpful in order to achieve this effect.

also I have xml question. I have 8 different news section. so it seems that I need 8 different xml file to get different news. but is there any way to make this with dynamically? I'm using php mysql.

Last question about flash player's mac version : I'm using turkish chars in my text. and "mac"'s flash doesnt like utf-8 chars unfortunately. But I notice some of sites deal with this utf-8 char problem of flash player's macintosh version.

it seems I have too much questions need to resolve :)

thank you for help.
