Flash 10 and IE 8 crash

Hi,
Recently sites that I manage containing flash crash when they are loaded. All the sites were running perfectly two weeks ago ish... But now they crash when the page is loaded.

This is not a local problem on my machine as it is happening on other computers to.
The site doen't crash in FireFox, Opera, CHrome or Safari.

Can anyone help me with this error which I imagine is either due to an update to IE* or the Flash player.

Many people are experiencing random crashes at certain flash sites. I would make sure to do a clean up of flash (try this on one computer), Run the flash uninstall util http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Download ccleaner from ccleaner.com, run a cleanup on your pc, to get rid of ie caches/temp files.
From IE8, go to www.windowsupdate.com, let it scan your pc. Of course apply any critical updates you see, and I think in one of the options, you'll see a flash update, along with a compatibility mode update for ie8, http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2008/08/27/introducing-compatibility-view.aspx
install them reboot.

Switch to compatibility mode for that site that crashes. Let us know your result.

However recognize that many sites (not necessarily using Flash) are incompatible with IE8. http://www.neowin.net/news/main/09/02/21/more-about-2400-websites-and-ie-8-compatibility-list
The interim solution is to run IE8 in Compatibility View
