Thanks. I'll do that.

CB,
Thanks for your help. I did option number two and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. In case I need to go back and try option number one, this is really embarrassing but - when it says to use the IP address, are they talking about the IP address of the particular website that preceded that error message coming up or are they talking about my IP address?
In either case, how do I find it?
Well... I don't understand why you'd deploy a SWF with that remote debugging feature turned on... I would leave it on if I have to debug it remotely while I am developing, but I'd make sure to turn it off when creating a deployment build...
At any rate, that'd be the IP address where your SWF file exists, ie your server...

Forgive me for not going into more detail earlier. I don't do any remote debugging (not even sure what that is). I am not actively turning on or off any debugginh feature so that was the reason that I posted this question.
I will have to notice the exact activity I'm doing which tends to generate this message because I can't recall what it is. However it wouldn't be anything other than going on the Internet and either viewing things or downloading files. I don't know if that helps or not but I will try to be more aware of what kicks this message off and then report back.

Generally speaking, ignore that popup and click the Cancel button unless it is your SWF that you are running to debug... If you did invoke that, you do need to specify where your application is running and click OK button...

If it is not yours and keep showing you that popup window, read this page and you might want to get the latest Flash debug player...
