I have e recurring issue with this... seems like there should be a way. It's a two-part question: How can I import a series of JPGs to the stage and have them distributed to frames, in the same layer, in order? JPGs are 001.jpg thru 150.jpg. Whatever I try only gets images in the first frame.
2nd part: How would a person align a whole series of images to the same x/y coordinates (as in x:0/y:0). Can't seem to get that to happen either.
Flash is version CS3 Pro.
Thanks!

Hi, I'm assuming you're wanting to do this at development time and not run time yeah.
ok in terms of question 1. when you import your images, does flash recognise that it's a sequence, ie it will ask you do you want to import the sequence, if not try number 1.jpg and not 001.jpg - then when you say yes it will import all of them in order and in sequencential frames.
then number 2 - use the edit multiple frame tool - look at the bottom of your timeline window, between where the dustbin is and where it tells you frames per second, there are some funny looking icons - hower over them, the third one with 2 grey boxes says edit multiple frames - select it. then you'll see theres a slider that appears where the frame numbers are, drag those handles to spread across all the frames, use CTrl A to select all and align however you want. it will affect all items in those frames.
