Help embedding flash swf

Please visit www.mwebdev.com/nt.html. The black blank area under the header is supposed to contain a flash swf file. I can't seem to get it to embed and display properly. Can someone take a peek and see if anything jumps out as being wrong? I don't think it's a path problem since I can navigate directly to the swf file and it works fine. Thanks guys.

your banner saved in flash 10 format, and your browser have lower version of flash player (as well as most of your visitor's). So, resave your banner as lower flash version (7 or 8, or 9 max)

In publish settings in Flash, I have it set to Flash 8, not 10. Where are you seeing that it's flash 10?

I just had Flash 9 and it doesnt work. Then I installed flashplayer 10 and now it works at my side

Hmmm... what do you recommend I do? The swf is built with Flash 8 settings.

Please see my last comment. Also, I just tried it on a pc with Flash 10 installed, and it did not show.
