flash cs4 convert wmv to swf

I have some videos in wmv format.  i need to convert them to swf for a website.  

I have downloaded the free trial of adobe flash cs4 professional.  it says i have 30 days to use it.

I really need the videos to have the control buttons on the bottom.  

When I tried to open the wmv file it said it was unsupported.

I would appreciate any help in getting started with this.  Anything you can help with.  Thanks.
