Dreamweaver CS3 Freazes when opening a file

I have this roblem with DW CS3.
When I open certain fles which contain PHP and HTML and when i go through them all of a sudden DW freazes and dies!
I guess this has something to do with the time settings of windows... I had this problem before and I know it's a bug of DW related somehow to the time... I just forgot the solution.

Anyone can help?

Delete WinFile-XXXXXXX.dat from:

c:\documents and settings\username\adobe\Dreamweaver CS3\configuration

I actually deleted the entire folder! thanks a lot it worked!
