I use the Falsh CS4 to create all the buttons & the page contents, then I export it as swf. In dreamweaver I import media, choose swf, then save as html file. Right now, I would like to put a FLV file into the swf, so that later I exported to dreamweaver and save it again as html, the video is there.

open the google page you wish to copy the video from and copy the url thats in the browser
next on the any video convertor screen click onto the middle section where it has a big arrow and says getting started, it should now turn into a blank section. Press ctrl v to paste the url or right click then paste url.
Now on the profile drop down tab click onto flash swf, you can if you wish click on the options tab on the bottom left to set the output folder so you know where to find the file after.
Click onto the big tab that says convert which is next to add video
wait for file to finish downloading it will prob ask if you want to register, just click no
now all you have to do is open cs4 and add the converted video
Still in any vid converter click onto output folder (bottom left) you will see the file
right click on it
goto open with and click on the option for Adobe Flash CS4
