either u use a software like

or

hit the [Print Screen] key on the keyboard. It's the very next button to the right of F12. What it does is it copies the entire screen as is the moment you press it, so make sure the cursors' away from the picture. Then I paste it on MS Paint microsoft photo editor and edit the picture by trimming the surroundings and saving the picture I want by it's self as a JPEG file
