Internet Explorers 8 will not open links in flash menu

I have a website that works fine in IE7 and Safari but any PC that upgrades to IE8 has this problem.  When you click a link the first time on my flash menu, everything works fine.  However, any subsequent links I try to open, which open to that same frame (not new windows) do not repsond.  I have the latest flash and updates installed and again it works fine in IE7 and safari.  The website is http://www.tinadoane.com/highres/home.htm

Would not be so bad except everyone is upgrading automatically.  The only way to open subsequent links is to either restart browser or hit the compatibility mode button before each new link is pressed.  HELP please!!!!
