You can use the GIF construction set, found at: nload/gif- con.htm
http://www.prodraw.com/dow
here's the description of the application from the web site:
"..... GIF Construction Set is a powerful collection of tools to help you work with
multiple-block GIF files. It allows you to assemble GIF files that contain image
blocks, plain text blocks, comment blocks, and control blocks. It includes
facilities for managing palettes and merging multiple GIF files. New features
included in this beta version are an integrated painting function for image editing,
GIF to AVI (movie) conversion and AVI previewing, and improved memory
management for block allocation....."
it's shareware and only 1.4Mb.
Hope this'll help.
Arnon David.
