Rounding Edges in Paintshop Pro 7

I'm working on a header image for a website and I want to round the top right corner of the image and can't figure out how.  I'm sure there's an easy way but am having no luck.  Tks.

Another way would be to use the vector tools.

On the leftside toolbar there is a button with a red rectangle covered slightly by a blue circle, it's called "preset shapes". Press that. Also make sure you have your "Tool Options" window opened (right click the preset shapes button and choose "Tool Options"). Now, goto the Tool Options window and again press the red rectangle and blue square button found in the window. To the left, there will be a shape (circle by default), change that to the rectangle with rounded edges. Then change the color setting near the far top right in paintshop. Turn off the top color (press the arrow and then the circle with the strick through it. If you don't do this then the rectangle will have a border. Maybe that is something you want?). Set the bottom color to your color of choice. Draw your rectangle on the work area. Go through the settings in the "Tool Options" to get the appropriate look.

Open your image and Click Layers>Promote to Layer

Use your selection tool set to Elipse with no feathering and the antialias box checked to prevent jaggies.

Start in the bottom left corner of your image, dragging the outline till you get the desired curve in the top right corner.

Click Selections>Invert then hit delete.

Just realised, I assumed you were using Paint Shop Pro but you didn't say.....I'm sure there is a very similar technique for other graphics programs though.
