I have a ton of photos that came with CorelDraw 12, but they are all in JP2 format. The only way I can view them to see what they are is to open each one in either Corel or Photoshop CS2 (with plugin installed). This is far too slow and cumbersome a way just to browse what is there. I see third party viewers out there that claim support for JP2. What I really would like is to fix Windows so that the built in thumbnail display works. I don't know why MS hasn't fixed this. JP2 sounds cool but it completely useless if there's no convenient way to thumbnail hundreds of pics for quick selection.
Having to run a 3rd party viewer seems almost as much trouble as using Corel or Photoshop, except maybe one will at least display thumbnails. What's the best solution to this problem?
