EPS images look terrible when printed through Quark 6

My company originally had the HP LaserJet 2500n and the HP LaserJet 4600n for producing our graphic proofs. We just got 2 HP color Laserjet 3500n machines. I've installed the printers with ease and now the only problem (the biggest problem) is the EPS images look terrible when printed through Quark 6. Any Ideas?
