CorelDraw label

I am new in Corel Draw (never used before).
I need create vector label for printing, simple enough(exact size, rounded corners, contour need be marked for cutting out). Barcodes can be imported (created with another program, jpeg, tiff or bmp format)- dont know have the CoreDraw barcode wizard or not.

I need some detail instruction(tutorial) for this specific task, just step by step guide for each step (align/resize barcodes, text, logo, etc) -the more the better.

Like this:

1. open CorelDraw
2. select menu A
3. Press the Ctrl + A..
..
If I'll have an exact instruction, I can do this work myself, i plan use CorelDRAW 12.
