Can anybody tell me what font is being used on www.amypaturel.com basically for the text on the images..

The entire site uses 1 typeface: Times New Roman. The reason it might look smoother than if you just typed in some times in an html sheet is that anti-aliasing is applied in Photoshop et al. and the text is stored as a graphic.
