Import swf file to flash

Hi,
I am doing my website and want to insert an animation to my page.
It is a swf file. When i import the swf file to my library, i get like 350 graphics and symbols in my library and when i double click on the movie clip to check out my animation, the animation has been divided into an infinite amount of frames (so the animation is being read frame by frame which isnt as smooth as it initially was). On top of that, there is no more sound.
The other problem that ive got is the way i made my animation. there are some objects that i made leave the  flash document scene (left/right/top/bottom) and when i publish from the actual flash animation file of course everything which is out of the bckgrd document is not visible, but when i import it as a movie clip to my library of the website, everything is visible.
So when i realised it was going to be a bit complicated, i tried to import my file as .avi (size: 81mb) well i felt even more lost...
i hope you can help meStart Free Trial
