Heres a page I made for my brother's company (its basic, but more such as bilingualism, an admin panel for an eventual gallery, the IE bug, etc. will be added later (soon))

However, the colors i chose on that were
1. From the logo,
2. Pretty random, I made sure the text was readable thats about it
Here's what I'm looking for:
1. How do i mix colors correctly
2. How do i go about choosing those colors
3. What am i trying to achieve when creating the design
4. Details, currently there are none, should i add some, should i not, what effect would it have... etc.
