Flash7.swf cannot access local resource C:\Documents and Settings\......

Hi I work with Adobe Flash and the CS4 version
My Flash swf file works fine local in a html site. But it look like that the swf file have the old data for the file place, how do I fix this in adobe Flash CS4 ?

when I move the .swf file to the web server, in explorer 8 I can't see anything, and I get this error in firefox see below here:

SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file http://www.xxxxx.xx/Flash7.swf cannot access local resource C:\Documents and Settings\myname\My Documents\My Videos\WinVideo.f4v. Only local-with-filesystem and trusted local SWF files may access local resources.
