how do i delete fingerprints if they exist in another domain?

i had another work domain and for the profile there, put in my fingerprints into lenovo's thinkpad fingerprint reader system.  
now that i am on a new work domain and have a different username, i want to make the fingerprint reader work here.  but i can't register any fingers, because it says they already exist in a different profile.

i can't delete it through the control center though.  deleting through BIOS didn't seem to work either.
any thoughts?

You are going to have to setup a trust from one domain to the next and then allow rights for the user on the other domain to login under this domain.

Go into CLient security solution...click advanced and reset..it will guide you thru the process of del everything and resetting.....ALL BACKUPS THAT ARE PASSWORD PROTECTED WILL BE UNUSABLE IF YOU DO THIS you will have to create new backup
