The Best Drive Cleaner

I have always used Anti Tracks to cleanse my PCs when I have had sensitive data that I need to remove. Also frees up a little space. Anti tracks is not working well with VISTA operating systems.
Interested to know which one you Experts advise me to use.
I am also going to be using it to eradicate all data on some old machines before sending em off to the scrapyard.
