Changed "open with" of .UEA - How do I change back?

I had a .UEA file encrypted with UPEK Protector Suite QL. I tried to double encrypt this by adding it to a 7zip archive. However, when I extracted it from the 7zip, it didn't know which file to open with so I made it open with the main Protector Suite Application. I forgot to untick the "apply to all" box so it applied to all .UEA archives. Apparently, the main application is not the one that opens the archive and I can't figure out which one it is. Can somebody tell me which program is responsible for opening .UEA files?

Thank you very much. Unfortunately I had already seen that link and it didn't help me in this instance. I did however find a solution to my problem. If anybody has this issue in the future, go to regedit.exe  and find & delete the following entries:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp
lorer\FileExts\.uea

 

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp
lorer\FileExts\.ueaf

Then run the setup for ProtectorSuite QL and click "repair". This reinstalls the file associations.
