With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

75 Path/File access error

I have been using a free version of Folder Access 2.0.0 for 2 or 3 years which locks folders which can be unlocked with a password. All of a sudden I can't unlock one of the folers and I get the error message "An error occured while unlocking [path of folder]. 75 Path/File access error". I can't find who makes the software and get any help directly from them. I can still lock and unlock other folders so maybe it is a Windows problem?? I am using XP Professional.
