is there some sort of tool that i can give &nbsp;my guy so he can reset passwords without logging into a domain controller.<br />

i already delegated access to him for a certain ou that contains our users.<br />
now whast the best tool for him to run on his pc to unlock user accounts?

need to give administrator password reset capabilities but not make him a domain admin
