bvconf error

I am consistently getting an error when executing the following command "bvconf execute -a install_all".

the following is the error that is displayed and at the bottom a print out of the bvlog file.
I'm running Solaris 8. The Oracle database is 9i. The system I want to install BV on has Oracle Client installed.  I have received this error with Broadvision 6.0 and 7.1

Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
