I have an application running in the server and another application calls that servlet. And both the applications are in different servers. It runs perfectly fine from my system, but when I login into another system and try running the application, it does not work. Could any one please let me know why would that strange behaviour happen.
The servlet code is,
PrintWriter out;
res.setContentType("text/h
out = res.getWriter();
Connection connection = null;
try {
InputStream input = req.getInputStream();
connection = getConnection();
XMLParser.parseXml(connect
connection.commit();
} catch (Exception e) {
This is the error I get

The description of the error can be found on the server log of the server running on ip:url and port:7001
Might be the JDBC Connection method getConnection() is causing the error
