servicegen ant task for weblogic for jax-rpc web service

Hi I want to deploy JAX-RPC web services into weblogic.

I cant use the servicegen ant tak, which is required to create files for deployment of web services into weblogic server.

Which specific jar file contains these task classes? or which ant version do I need to use?
