first request from IE browser crashs IE

I have a weblogic install, that when the server is started and the application is accessed from a IE browser. But from a firefox browser its fine.

The browser crashes as the page is rendering in the browser and i think it might be somthing to do with the page streaming incorrectly.

I am wondering if there is a dev tool that can be used with IE to see what it is crashing it.
