Unable to load performance pack

I am getting the following error when i am starting weblogic server or managed server. the version is wls 9.2 and OS HP UX, JDK 1.5_08
How this error effects,
Any resolution , thanks

This will only impact performance. weblogic provides native library for its IO operations. This will boost the performance if you are IO heavy.

This error will not affect you in any other way. You would be able to continue and carry out all your functional tests.

Can you try this?

cd /home/bea/weblogic92/server/native/hpux11/

chmod -R +x $WL_HOME/server/native/hpux11/*

Can you also check if you are using 64 bit JVM?

remember to bounce your server after making the chmod changes

It worked out for me after changing the permissions.

can you please tell me where to check 64 bit  JVM and if not how to change it.

try running java -version like the following

java -d64 -version

if it throws error, its 32 bit. If it doesn't and prints the JVM info, it is 64 bit.

Alternate way could be to try setting the JVM heap to more than 2.5-4 GB. If it works, it is 64 bit.
