Error - SRVE0100E violates loader constraints error occurs...

Hi,

 We are encountering the following problem.

 On Machine1 with a fresh install of WAS 4.0, we are deploying an EAR. When trying to start the admin server, the below mentioned error occurs. We have tried to reinstall WAS 4.0, stop and start services, reinstall the machine, checked for xalan versions. Nothing works.

This EAR runs perfectly fine machine2 which contains another installation of WAS 4.0.

We need to get this running on machine1. We are completely lost. Please help us.
