Retrieve lost username and password in WAS 6.1

How do I retrieve the lost username and password of my IBM Websphere Application Server Version 6.1?

It's been long time I used WAS 6.1 after it's installation & configuration. Now I need to deploy a new app. I am unable to recall the username or password. How to retrieve both the lost username and password?

WAS 6.1 is installed in Windows platform.
