Unable to access deployed application

Zones: IBM Websphere Application Server, Java Application Servers

I've deployed one application under WAS6.1 but unable to access that application. I checked the System logs but there are no errors in it. But I found this line in it
"00000020 VirtualHost I SRVE0250I: Web Module <null> has been bound to default_host[*:10010,*:10012,*:10025,*:10026,*:443,*:8080,169.6.220.196:8080]."

I've doubt why it is showing <null> as web module instead it should show my application .war file name there.

Please let me know what could be the issue and how to resolve this? Also let me know if need more info on the issue.
