WebSphere server in Eclipse 3.3

Hi experts,

I've been using RAD 6.0 to develop my WebSphere web applications which comes with Eclipse 3.0.2 and recently I found the need to use some features that come with Eclipse 3.3.

I thought the update would be easy. Just copying the new eclipse into the same location as the old eclipse and copying across all the plugins and features from the old eclipse.

Not the case!

I configured the WebSphere 6.0 run time environment for the server and java sections of the eclipse preferences. Which seems to accept the settings and recognise the JRE, but when I try to start the server i get the message below.

This is referenced in the VM Arguments when you create the server in eclipse.

I've also checked the file it's looking for "ibmorb.jar" and it does exist in the location specified by the error.

Any ideas what's going wrong? I don't think it should be that hard.
