Unable to start WebSphere Portal v5.1 after migration to DB2

I have installed WAS/WP v5.1 on a clean Windows2003 platform. I patched WAS with fixpack19.
I installed DB2 as a dbsadmin user on the same server (this is a development server).
I foloowed the guidelines to migrating from cloudscape to DB2. I recived build sucsessfull on all accounts.
I have been working on this error to long, and i am afraid i am pretty stuck. I have not found any solution for my problem on the net whatso ever.

After reading on the forum here (member today) i changed a Compenent managed authetication alias to use my db2admin user/password.

Still no help. Have restarted the applications and servers several times. I even have uninstalled and reintsalled DB2.

I cut the trace log from the startup, as i recived no errors there.
