Question

JBoss Deployment problem: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.jboss.web.jsf.integration.config.JBossJSFConfigureListener

I get the following error when trying to deploy two ears into jboss. I am using version 4.2.0CP02. It seems like the there's something in the ears that is conflicting. Note that one of the ear files is packaged JUnitee tests and the other ear file is the source that is being tested. Please help with this as I am not sure where to go from here. Thanks

Inside the war (which is part of the deployed ear file), there were jboss jars that conflicted with the same jars that are provided by jboss. So, I had to do the following:

1. Change the scope of the jboss jars in the pom of the application to "provided" so that it will not be included in the war file after the build
2. Install Java 6 and set the Java Home to the new java  jdk (so that the build will be able to compile successfully)
