Oracle form report service reset always. Is there any complete tutorial to instal and tuning Oracle Application Server ?

I haved instal and use Oracle Application Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2.0.2) , especially i use FOr Report Service installer.
Sometime Report service reset or form service too.
How to know cause the problem ? and is there any tutorial/manual to instal, tuning and maintaince the application server. thank you...
