I have tried lot of steps...
1)deleted and recreated the repository...
2)checked all the paths.
3)checked the targetdeploy.pl file for the oracle home path, emdeploy.pl for all the paths....everything seem to be alright...
I am trying to do this on win2003 64 bit machine..I have a 64 bit oracle database installed on c:\ and there is a instance running on it...The listener is running on a differnt port for this instance..
The default database (while trying to install app server infrastructure instance) orcl is installed on e:\ and listener is listening on port 1521
So i have two oracle_homes...
I have been playing around this error for 2 days now..and cant seem to figure this out..
Any thoughts/suggestion?? I have tried most of the help available in metalink...either its too simple or i am overlooking something.....
Thanks

Hi.. Am not sure to what extent you have already debugged this. Is there a folder C"\Temp? Does the logged in user have write access to folders in C drive? Can you check the system variables and see the value for TEMP folder?
