Oracle HTTP Server Proxy

How do I configure, Is it possible to Configure Reverse Proxy with Oracle HTTP Server (either Apache 1.3 or Apache 2.0)?  Is the configuration in the HTTP Conf or the SSL Conf files?  Im trying to proxy from one web server to another, 2 different Oracle Homes on the same Web Server.  One talking 443 and the other talking 4443.  Ive tried it but cant get it to work.  Any ideas, assistance.
