solve it by adding in the Proxy Exceptions (in Internet Explorer) the ip of my Citrix servers (ex. 1.2.3.*). So the proxy is not used when the users try to access a Citrix server with an ip begining with 1.2.3...
ps: remove also the automatic configuration script is used.
