cannot log calls on altiris call logging software,
it says the licencing file is missing
it looks like the altiris DB and the apps lost connectivity
tech support created a new DB and pointed it tot hat and it worked as if a new DB,
then repointed it to the old DB and it worked fine
could log calls again
the server was rebooted last night
could you please assist in an explation of why altiris licence server lost connectivity to the sql DB please
