In successful installation of Oracle database instance(software), different type of files will be created as part of installation(binaries/exec<wbr />utable/lib<wbr />raries &amp;..etc), &nbsp;I would like to know, who should be owner for this files in UNIX operating system. I know most of the files owned by ORACLE user(who is the from the Oracle DBA group). &nbsp;My query is any other user like ROOT or other-user also has the ownership on ORACLE_HOME files. <br />

If so please let me know what are those files location and why those files should be owned by ROOT/Other user(purpose)<br />

In successful installation of Oracle database instance(software), different type of files will be created as part of installation(binaries/executable/libraries &..etc),  I would like to know, who should be owner for this files in UNIX operating system. I know most of the files owned by ORACLE user(who is the from the Oracle DBA group).  My query is any other user like ROOT or other-user also has the ownership on ORACLE_HOME files.
