Browse All TopicsHi Friends,
Actually I have designed a new site. I got a tomcat server and a unique web address and i have created a unique folder in the tomcat webapps directory folder named newsite. My site is working properly but i want to remove the directory name while going to the address in the browser eg. instead of putting www.mynewsite.com/newsite i want to derive www.mynewsite.com. I know that, it can be done by moving all the website files from the newsite folder to the webapps folder. But i do not want to do it, pls suggest me some other way to address only my web address and not the sub folder names along with it.
Thanks.

Try moving everything from the "newsite" folder to the "ROOT" folder.
