I have a clustered server which fails over to the other node every 3-5 weeks.  What is causing this?

I have a clustered server which fails over to the other node every 3-5 weeks.  I have no idea what is causing this issue.  The event logs don't show me anything that really stands out.   Both nodes A and B are very fast servers. Below are some of the 1st system logs right when this issue started.
